The Tough Cases: Handling Clinical Challenges
Learn how to help patients with diverse clinical challenges including weight loss plateau, as well as helping patients who may struggle with reducing blood pressure and/or blood glucose despite dietary changes.
Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CEU self-assessment and CEU evaluation. Only upon completing this process will a participant's continuing education certificate be generated. The estimated time a learner will need to complete this self-study activity is 75 minutes.

Objectives:
- Describe steps to help patients move past a weight loss plateau.
- Learn strategies for blood pressure reduction in those who have already made diet changes.
- Explain the clinical approach to elevated blood glucose for a patient already following a plant-based diet.
Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
