Learn about how a low-fat vegan diet and regular soybean use may reduce menopausal symptoms.

Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CME self-assessment and CME evaluation. Objectives:

  • Understand the findings of cross-cultural research on menopausal symptoms.
  • Describe the results of studies on soy and menopausal symptoms.
  • Describe the associations between soy intake and breast cancer risk.


Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
