This presentation will dive into a detailed assessment of the full lipid panel and explore the surprising factors that can influence serum cholesterol, such as hidden dietary fats, genetic factors, metabolic health, and nondietary lifestyle factors. 

Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CEU self-assessment and CEU evaluation. Only upon completing this process will a participant's continuing education certificate be generated. The estimated time a learner will need to complete this self-study activity is 60 minutes. 

This activity is approved for continuing education for physicians, nurses, and dietitians.

Objectives:
