Objectives:
•    Summarize the benefits of a plant-based diet during pregnancy.
•    Learn how design a treatment plan to counsel patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, with a low-fat plant-based diet to positively impact body weight, insulin sensitivity, oxidative stress, and androgen levels.
•    Discuss counseling patients on implementing a low-fat, plant-based diet to meet nutritional needs, improve vasomotor symptoms, and reduce risk of chronic illness.

Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
