Objectives:
1.    To know the types of existing evidence on the health effects of high red meat consumption.
2.    To know the major limitations of randomized trial and cohort studies to address the effect of dietary factors.
3.    Attendees will understand the critical importance of 'instead of what?' in the propagation of conflicting dietary reports
4.    Attendees will understand the basis for dubious guidelines regarding processed meat
5.    Attendees will gain insight into means of synthesizing and assessing evidence suitable for gauging the health effects of diet

Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
