Objectives:
1. The learner will be able to describe the pathophysiology of breast cancer and how nutrition and lifestyle can either promote or hinder its development.
2. The learner will be able to identify four evidence-based diet and lifestyle steps that women can incorporate into their lives to reduce breast cancer occurrence and recurrence risks.

Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
