This talk explores the effect that foods have on our hormones and the surprising range of associated health problems.

1.    Describe how foods influence the concentrations of sex hormones in the bloodstream. 
2.    Understand the findings of a randomized clinical trial of a diet intervention on menstrual pain.

Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
