This presentation will provide an evidence-based exploration of key factors influencing skin aging, including the effects of photoaging, alcohol, and smoking. It will highlight strategies to mitigate these factors, including the role of exercise. Attendees will gain scientific insights and practical knowledge to enhance skin health and slow the aging process.
Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CEU self-assessment and CEU evaluation. Only upon completing this process will a participant's continuing education certificate be generated. The estimated time a learner will need to complete this self-study activity is 45 minutes.
