Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CME self-assessment and CME evaluation. - Understand successful strategies for motivating people to make and maintain comprehensive lifestyle changes.
- Describe the evidence from randomized controlled trials showing that chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease and prostate cancer may be stopped or even reversed by making comprehensive lifestyle changes.
- Describe evidence showing that comprehensive lifestyle changes may affect gene expression.
Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
